Our philosophy in regards to healing is that all healing is self-healing, no matter if you're using western medicine, alternative healing, or a spiritual path.
At a sub-conscious level, we either give ourselves permission to heal, or we don't. No "healer", or what we would prefer to call a facilitator, can heal anyone unless they choose to do so on all levels. We simply assist in your process. When we work with a client we come from the perspective that we work with, rather that "do to" the client.
You're body, mind, emotions and spirit knows exactly what it needs to heal itself and create positive transformation. As practitioners, we just assist with reminding the client's body, mind and emotions what it needs to heal, so that it can do what it knows how to do the best, which is heal itself.

Candice remembers from the time she was very young, being quite different from those around her, especially her peers. When other girls her age were busy playing with Barbie dolls, she recalls, "contemplating the nature of the Universe" from the age of twelve years old. Her intuitive abilities and ability to sense and see energy began to show up around that time also. Though at the time, she didn't understand what was happening to her, she knew something was different about her.
It wasn't until January of 1991 until she began to learn about what she had been sensing for so long. For many years, she read books and researched various spiritual paths and healing modalities such as Shamanism, Kabbalah, Tibetan Buddhism, guided meditation and visualization, Crystal Healing, channeling, Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Touch for HealthTM, flower essences, Toning, working with angels and guides, and many others. It was when she was introduced to Reiki in 1997 that she found what she was looking for. She was received her level 1 Reiki in 1997, and level 2 and Master level in 1998. She has also studied Tai Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Kung Fu.
She has been actively working with the Angelic realm personally for 20 years, professionally since 2005, and is an Angelic AwakeningTM Practitioner. Candice is able to relay clear messages from the Angels, Archangels, Ascended Master, Elementals, Spirit Guides and Power Animals to her clients and students, and has infused her Angel work into all of the healing work she does. She absolutely practices what she preaches, and is in constant communication with her own guides, and regularly "downloads" new healing techniques from the Angels, for herself, clients & students whenever appropriate. She has also developed a course on how to connect with and develop your own relationship with the Angels, and is in the process of creating several brand new AngelSong courses.
Candice is also a certified PSYCH-KTM Facilitator and Karuna® Reiki Master Practitioner. She is also now a student member of the Ortho-Bionomy® Association of Canada and a student of Ortho-Bionomy®, and a member of the Canadian Association of Psychics and the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
In 2004, Candice had the opportunity to go to Toronto when His Holiness, the Dalai Lama was visiting. She participated in the eleven day Kalachakra initiation, which is one of the highest and most powerful Buddhist teachings and empowerments. She has also received the Medicine Buddha teachings and empowerment.
Candice runs Thunderbird Sky Reiki & Energetic Arts with her partner, Danard Willisko. She is a published author with an article in Lee Carroll's book, Indigo Children. She also has a self-published book entitled, Energy and Healing 101: Transform Your Life. Candice is currently using her extensive experience and training in live sound and twelve years of classical voice training, and beginning the next phase of her healing career by using sound and voice to assist with her client's healing process.
Candice's philosophy is that, we all come with gifts that are meant to be used. We just need to tap into them and clear whatever it is that is holding us back. Candice uses her intuitive abilities to communicate and work with the Angels and the energy of Reiki, to assist her clients in the process of discovering their life's path and goals in a gentle and compassionate way.
Her honest and straightforward approach to healing and teaching helps clients cut to the heart of the matter with issues they require healing and clarification with. She has the ability to put into words, the thoughts and emotions that most have difficulty expressing. By verbalizing her clients and students heartfelt truths, that often go unspoken, she is often told that she inspires them to go after their own dreams without fear or doubt. Through her intuitive guidance, clients receive validation and clarification of how they can move forward in their life and heal themselves.

Danard Willisko

Danard has always been fascinated with the mind / body connection, and at age ten, he began his spiritual path when he took a Transcendental Meditation course. He has studied many wholistic practices and teachings, such as Tibetan Buddhism, Sun-Yoga, Shamanism, Reiki, Touch for HealthTM, Therapeutic Touch, PSYCH-KTM, as well as martial arts disciplines such as Tai Chi, Chi Gong & Judo.
Danard received his level 1 Reiki certification in 2000, level 2 in 2005 and Master / Teacher level in 2007. Danard is also a certified PSYCH-KTMFacilitator. He is currently a student of Ortho-Bionomy® and an Associate member of the Ortho-Bionomy® Association of Canada. Danard is a past Vice-President and a founding member of Holistic Professionals Society of Canada (HPSC).
Danard began working with the Angels in 2005, and has discovered a unique gift for bringing powerful words of wisdom through, from these incredible beings, and is an Angelic AwakeningTM Practitioner.
Danard’s ability to receive intuitive information while giving a treatment benefits clients by giving them a tailored session for their best and highest good. Clients report a feeling of being understood and unconditionally loved and accepted. His natural and gentle approach to teaching helps his students to feel comfortable and safe in being open to learning.
Through his eight years of experience in teaching and coaching motorcycle riding and street racing, as well as snow boarding, Danard helps others to realize for themselves, that "all things are possible". He is able to show others how to move through their fears, illusions and self-imposed limitation. Clients leave their session feeling empowered and with and expanded view of their world.
