Payment and Cancellation Policy

Session Policies

Payment is due at the time of booking your appointment for your appointment. See below for payment options.

You can also purchase your session or class via our online store using PayPal or credit card. Visit our online store for more info.

Payment Methods

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal and email money transfer are acceptable forms of payment. For mobile session or parties, we only accept cash.

Cancellations (Individual Sessions)

We require adequate notice of at least 24 hours for the cancellation of an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total session prices as a cancellation fee. If you choose not to reschedule your appointment, you will only be refunded 50% of your session fee plus a 10% admin fee.

Cancellations (Packages)

If your session is a part of a package, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation of any individual session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the session time will be counted as used. No shows will be counted as a full session used.

No Shows

A client who books a session and does not show up for their session and gave no notice of cancellation, will be charge the full fee of the session (no discount will applied to this fee, if you used a coupon).  No refunds will be given.

If a client is using a discount coupon for their session cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, the coupon will also be deemed null and void.

Late Arrivals

Thunderbird Sky respects the time of all of our clients. In the event you arrive late for an appointment, your session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time frame, unless your practitioner has time available - this is at the discretion of your practitioner. The remaining time left will be utilized for your treatment and the full fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for pre-paid sessions when a client does not show up for their appointment and gave no notice.

Packages

For clients who purchase packages of two or more sessions:

1) Sessions can be purchased for yourself or as a gift for others. You can also share your package between you and anyone you choose.

2) If you wish to share or gift your package, we need to know the name(s) of those you are giving all or a portion of your package to and how many of your sessions you are sharing with them. This can be done via phone, email or text message.

3) Once a package is purchased, there are no refunds given. However, your package can be transferred to anyone you choose.

We recommend trying out a single session first before deciding if you wish to purchase a package. You can either book one session at our regular "first time client special" which is $100/90 minutes. Or you can book your first session of your package. If at the end of that session, you decide to purchase a package, that first session will be applied to your package, once the payment has gone though. If not, the first time client price will apply.

4) Those who you share your package with, are responsible for booking their own sessions.

Re-Scheduling Appointments

We will gladly reschedule your appointment with no penalty, upon request, provided that you do so with no less than 24 hours notice.

Unforseeable Events

We realize that illness or emergency situations can arise and exceptions to this policy are made at our discretion.

Course Policies

Upon registration for any course students are automatically subject to the Thunderbird Sky Policies as listed below. It is the responsibility of the student to read and understand the following policies:

Course Registration

Registrations for all classes accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is due at time of registration. We regret that we are unable to accept deposits to hold a spot in a course.

Course Re-schedule

Thunderbird Sky reserves the right to re-schedule courses when necessary at no penalty to the student. Students will be informed of any changes as soon as possible before the course begins.

Late Arrival

Students are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes early for each day of their course. This allows time to fill out student forms, meet the other students / teacher and settle in for the class. Classes begin at the scheduled start time. Any material missed due to lateness, will not be reviewed when the late student arrives.

Refunds

A refund will be issued, less a 20% administration fee, when the student withdraws from a course at least 7 full days prior to the course start date.

Students wishing to withdraw from a workshop must do so at least 7 days prior to the class start date to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued if less than 7 days notice of withdrawal is given.

Transferring between different courses

Should a student wish to reschedule course dates or transfer their course fee to a different course, they may do, but only with a minimum of 7 days notice from the start date of the course. If a student requires rescheduling a second time, they may do so, but with a 25% administration fee that will be levied. Any additional rescheduling requests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be given.
