Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service for in person sessions or in advance for distant healing or readings via email or phone. Cash, money order, debit and credit cards are accepted for sessions done at Elements of Wellness. 

You can also purchase your session or class via our online store using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can either sign up for a free account with PayPal, or pay via credit card. Visit our online store for more info.

If you book a mobile session or party, we will only accept cash for your session.

Please note: You will be charged a $25 plus any incurred bank fees for returned checks.

We require adequate notice of at least 24 hours for the cancellation of an appointment. Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If a client books a session and does not show up for their session and gave no notice of cancellation, you will be charge the full fee of the booked session (no discount will applied to this fee, if you had a coupon).  If a client is using a discount coupon for their session cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, the coupon will be deemed null and void.

Thunderbird Sky respects the time of all of our clients. In the event you arrive late for an appointment, your session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time frame unless your practitioner has time available after the regularly scheduled time. The remaining time left will be utilized for your treatment and the full fee will be charged.

We realize that illness or emergency situations can arise and exceptions to this policy are made at our discretion.
